In this project we learn how to make bike battery mobile charger easy at home. using this project you can easily charge you mobile phone on bike using bike battery. for making this project we need some components.

• 1N4007 Diode

• 1K Resistor

In this project we use LM7805 Voltage regulator. bike battery has 12v power. lm7805 give us fix 5v output. you can make circuit using few following steps.

• LM7805 has 3 pin.

1. 1st pin use for input
2. 2nd pin use for ground.
3. 3rd pin use for output.

• Connect 1k resistor and LED with 1st and 2nd pin of voltage regulator..
• Now connect USB Female 1st pin connect with 3rd pin of voltage regulator.
• Connect USB Female 4th pin (last pin) connect with 2nd pin of voltage regulator.
• Now connect 1N4007 Diode and on/off button with 1st pin of voltage regulator.

Can you charge a phone with 12v?

if you use this circuit then you can charge your phone with 12v charger or 12v battery. in this circuit we use LM7805 its convert 12v into fix 5v output. so we can easily charge our phone.

Can you leave your phone charging overnight?

no its negative effect on your mobile battery. when your mobile fully charge then you need to remove charging. because if you don't remove charging then your your mobile battery heat up and also fat.

but in latest mobile has auto disconnect charging system available. when battery fully charge then charging power auto stop working.

How do I charge my bike battery?

you can charge your bike battery using 12v charger. but i tell you simple method for bike battery charging. you can charge your bike battery with old PC Power supply. its perfect for bike battery charging.
